Where to Interface
If you have a CO2 bottle handy, chances are that it has a hose coming
from the regulator. A typical size hose will have a 1/4 ID, but we offer
our carbonation couplings in a number of sizes. In order to interface,
all you need to do is to cut your CO2 line and insert your female
carbonation coupling.
Installation Layout
In order to install KENT Systems Carbonation Couplings, all you need to
do is thread our Collection 4 carbonation coupling (3), onto your
bottle (4). Ensure that you have created a proper seal between the bottle,
and the cap.
Next, splice the Collection 4 Female carbonation coupling into your
CO2 line. Feel free to use tube clams if required.
Application Use
Now, when you are ready to carbonate your beverage, just connect the female
carbonation coupling (2) to the Carbonation cap (3) and quarter turn it to
open the internal shut-off valve. Once the pressure has equalised, your bottle is
filled with CO2 and you can process your beverage according to your needs.
